Situated on a plot previously used for growing roses for the perfume trade in Grasse, this project for a villa was originally planned as two separate dwellings. At feasibility stage, the project evolved into a single large villa with landscaped gardens framing a view of the bay towards Juan-les-Pins.
This new-build project was completed in 2011. The design of the villa includes two sunken patios which allow natural light to penetrate into the lower floor. Large glazed windows to the main facade were specified so the main living spaces and first floor terraces could benefit from the sea views. The project also includes a tennis court, clubhouse and extensive gardens.
The project was the winner of the Trophée d’Or (piscine d’exception) for a villa on the French Riviera.
