Ely Architects Ltd were appointed to design and project manage the renovation and extension of this belle epoque villa on the Cap d’Antibes, between Nice and Cannes. Our brief was to provide contemporary living accommodation whilst remaining respectful of the history and style of the original villa.
The design of the villa included provision for additional bedrooms, a new kitchen and entertaining spaces. The external landscaping included a new pool and terrace which overlook the bay towards Juan-les-Pins.
