This project involved the refurbishment and extension of an existing two-storey property located on Runnymede Road within the Darras Hall Estate.
The client wished to update the existing accommodation and create additional space within the roof space. The connection between the living accommodation and rear garden was created with large format glazing along the rear elevation.
